SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Ottawa Bra Clinic is a Canadian company, and our product suppliers are based in British Columbia, Canada. Items are shipped via Canada Post from BC within 2 business days. Items should arrive to Canadian customers within 14 days. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for international duties and should expect a shipping time exceeding 14 days. If an item is found to be out of stock after purchase, charges for that item will be fully refunded to the customer within 2 business days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 276 Kiwanis Court, Ottawa, Ontario K1T 0H7.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
(NOTE: If you are in the Ottawa, Ontario area, and would rather try on and/or pick-up what you want to buy in-store, you may want to contact the store directly and see if what you are looking for is in stock. 613-400-9101.

NO REFUNDS ON BRAS . All purchases are final on bras.
To be eligible for a return or exchange on Firma products, your item must be UNUSED/UNWORN and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags, including sizing tags should still be attached/included with the garment. NO RETURNS ON BRAS FOR HYGIENIC REASONS - please visit our sizing chart before ordering.
*FOR DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP: Our return policy lasts up to 30 days for defects in workmanship. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sizing tags are to be returned with the garment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorization.
There are certain situations where no refund is granted, FOR EXAMPLE:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and is not a manufacturer's defect
- Any item that has been worn
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery even if unopened
Refunds (if applicable - see above)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Only regular priced items may be refunded (within the above guidelines), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
