SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

At Ottawa Bra Clinic, we're proud to be a Canadian company, with our product suppliers based in British Columbia, Canada. Your items will be shipped via Canada Post from BC within 2 business days of your order. Canadian customers can expect their items to arrive within 14 days. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable international duties and should anticipate a shipping time exceeding 14 days. If an item is found to be out of stock after purchase, charges for that item will be fully refunded within 2 business days.

To return your product* (check if returnable before shipping), please mail it to:
276 Kiwanis Court, Ottawa, Ontario K1T 0H7. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If you're in the Ottawa, Ontario area and would prefer to try on or pick up your items in-store, please contact the store directly at 613-400-9101 to check if your desired items are in stock.

 

REFUND POLICY

Defects in Workmanship:

Our return policy lasts up to 30 days for defects in workmanship. Sizing tags must be returned with the garment to be eligible for a refund. 

For Bras:

Please note that all purchases of bras are final, and no refunds will be issued. 

Please note that there are no returns on bras, for hygienic reasons, so we encourage you to consult our sizing chart before ordering.

For Firma products:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Firma item must be UNUSED/UNWORN and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Please note that there are no returns on bras for hygienic reasons, so we encourage you to consult our sizing chart before ordering.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

 

Refunds (if applicable - see above)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ottawabraclinic@gmail.com 

SUBMITTING A RETURN:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorization.

There are certain situations where no refund is granted, FOR EXAMPLE:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and is not a manufacturer's defect
- Any item that has been worn
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery even if unopened

NOTE: SALE ITEMS - POLICY

Only regular priced items may be refunded (within the above guidelines), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
